第一次制作提拉米苏 我做的方法用料比其他食家的少了一些 简易版!材料都比较好买,也不需要特别的技巧,材料齐全的话你也可以做出美味好看的提拉米苏
提拉米苏用料工具
主料: 马斯卡彭奶酪 (250克) 淡
奶油 (200克) 蛋黄 (2个) 砂糖 (50克) 咖啡酒 (30ml) 白咖啡 (30克) 手指饼干 (20条)
调料: 开水 (100ml) 水 (70克)
厨具: 模具锅、打蛋器

1.材料是我做蛋
糕平时用的,有一部分是用不到的!请忽略!

2.手指饼切成一样的长度

3.可以提前摆在模具里,也可以做好之后再摆饼干

4.用了白咖啡30g加入开水100ml沏好,放置一边稍凉加入咖啡酒30g搅拌

5.蛋黄打散备用

6.砂糖和水放入锅中煮沸

7.煮沸的糖水分次加入蛋黄打发

8.室内奶酪自然融化

9.搅拌至均匀

10.鸡蛋糊分次加入奶酪继续搅拌

11.奶油200ml

12.打发至有纹理即可

13.将奶油慢慢倒入奶酪里,用刮刀搅拌均予就可以了

14.饼干粘咖啡(不要浸泡)蘸上即可

15.铺满蘸了咖啡的饼干当饼底

16.倒入搅拌好的奶油(中间还放了一层蘸了咖啡的手指碎饼)最上面继续倒奶油

17.放入冰箱冷藏半天后取出,筛上巧克力粉
